  • Renewal Process Executive


Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Renewal Process Executive to manage client renewals, maintain customer relationships, and ensure timely contract and service renewals. The candidate will be responsible for following up with existing clients, processing renewals, and coordinating with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track upcoming client renewals and maintain renewal schedules.
  • Contact existing clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp for service renewals.
  • Share quotations, invoices, and renewal agreements with clients.
  • Follow up on pending renewals and payments.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams for smooth renewal processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and renewal status.
  • Resolve client queries related to renewals and service plans.
  • Prepare daily and monthly renewal reports.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.


Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or renewal management.
  • Experience in virtual office, coworking, SaaS, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
