Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented BDE to generate leads, acquire new customers, and drive sales growth for doors, windows, and related building products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits, calls, and references.
  • Meet builders, architects, dealers, and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and promote suitable products.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
  • Freshers can apply.

Salary: As per company norms + performance-based incentives.
