THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Business Sales Consultant who can connect with potential clients, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right immigration solution. You will work with company-provided leads — so the focus is entirely on conversations, conversions, and building lasting client trust.
This is a target-based role with a clear incentive structure. The more you deliver, the more you earn.
Job Type - Full-Time
Industry - Immigration / Overseas Consulting
Compensation - Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives.
Experience - Minimum 6 months
Preferred - Immediate joiners
WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Contact and follow up with company-provided leads through calls and other communication channels.
– Conduct daily outbound calls to qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
– Listen to client needs and recommend suitable immigration or overseas work opportunities.
– Deliver clear, confident sales pitches that explain the company's services and their value.
– Maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
– Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures and meet monthly targets.
– Keep accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and persuasive on calls and in person.
– A natural sales mindset with good negotiation and objection-handling ability.
– Comfortable working with daily targets and performance metrics.
– Reliable follow-up discipline and strong organisational habits.
– Basic awareness of immigration services or overseas work opportunities is a plus — full training will be provided.
– Any educational background is welcome; attitude and drive matter more than qualifications.
