  Job Description

Understand the geography-wise sales plans from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of the same

Visit dealer locations as per Daily Visit Plans (DVP); Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers

Ensure dealer development and motivation towards sales and generation of adequate sales funnel; promote new products / SKUs as planned

Track dealer performance and take required action to improve non-performing dealers

Build consumer/ influencer connections as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers.
