🚨 URGENT HIRING – Data Entry & MIS Executive 🚨

📍 Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

🏢 Industry: Logistics & Transportation (Car Carrier & FMCG)

We are looking for a Data Entry & MIS Executive with experience in transport billing and logistics operations.

• Job Responsibilities:Prepare and process freight bills/invoices.
• Verify Trip Sheets, PODs, LR/GR copies, E-way Bills, and supporting documents.
• Maintain billing records and customer-wise freight statements.
• Follow up for pending PODs and billing documentation.
• Enter daily trip, vehicle movement, dispatch, and delivery data.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Billing, and Accounts teams.
• Track vehicle movement and assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
• Required Skills:Strong MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts & Formulas).
• Experience in transportation billing and freight calculations.
• Knowledge of POD Management, LR/GR Documentation, Trip Sheets & E-way Bills.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Qualification:Graduate (Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in Transport Billing, MIS, Data Entry, or Logistics Operations.
• Experience in Car Carrier & FMCG Transportation will be preferred.
• Preferred Knowledge:TMS, ERP, or SAP.
• Freight calculations and customer billing.
• GST billing documentation.
