Barista

Preferred Background:

• Café chains
• Coffee shops
• Bakery cafés
• QSR beverage outlets
• Hotel coffee shops

Must Have:

• Experience operating espresso machines.
• Ability to prepare espresso-based beverages consistently.
• Experience preparing mocktails, coolers, iced teas, and non-coffee beverages.
• Experience with POS billing systems.
• Comfortable handling customer-facing responsibilities.
• Basic inventory management experience.

Important:

This is not a specialty coffee role. We need someone who can execute SOPs consistently, manage stock responsibly, maintain cleanliness, and operate independently.

Candidates do not apply if you:

• Have only restaurant service experience.
• Have no billing experience.
• Have never worked with coffee equipment.
• Are unwilling to manage inventory and daily stock counts.
