Job Description

We are looking for passionate and skilled Bakery Professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring for the following positions:

• Commis 3
• Commis 2
• Commis 1

If you have experience in bakery production and are committed to quality, consistency, and food safety, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products as per recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
• Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production schedules.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a bakery, hotel, café, or restaurant.
• Knowledge of bakery production, baking techniques, and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Relevant culinary qualification is preferred.

Experience

• Commis 3: 0–1 year
• Commis 2: 1–2 years
• Commis 1: 3–4 years
