Job Description
- What You'll DoMeasure and prepare ingredients accurately according to recipes.
- Bake cookies, cakes, and other desserts while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Handle and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with dough preparation, baking, decorating, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Manage inventory, ingredient storage, and daily prep work.
- Handle incoming orders from Swiggy, Zomato, and other delivery platforms.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure timely order dispatch.
- Follow SOPs and maintain product quality standards.
- Support the team during busy periods and festival seasons.
- RequirementsBasic understanding of baking measurements, ingredients, and recipes.
- Comfortable working with ovens, mixers, weighing scales, and other kitchen equipment.
- Ability to stand and work for long hours when required.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Basic smartphone skills for handling Swiggy, Zomato, and order management.
- Previous bakery, kitchen, or food production experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
