Back Office Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate databases, track company metrics, and ensure files are properly categorized for easy retrieval.
• Administrative Support: Handle correspondence (emails, calls), schedule internal meetings, and manage office supplies and inventory.
• Financial & Billing Support: Process company invoices, receipts, and bills; assist with basic expense tracking and account reconciliation.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a bridge between management, front-office staff, and other departments to ensure seamless business workflows.

Essential Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer operating systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive company, employee, and customer information securely
