Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Data Entry Operator to support our image and data analytics team. You will enter, organize, clean, and label data, helping maintain accurate datasets for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update information in spreadsheets and internal tools.
- Sort, rename, categorize, and organize image files and related data.
- Label and annotate images according to provided guidelines.
- Check records for errors, duplicates, missing information, and inconsistent formatting.
- Review completed work for accuracy and flag unclear entries for clarification.
- Maintain organized folders and track daily work progress.
- Handle company data responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Solid computer skills, including typing, file management, and online tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and stay focused during repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn image annotation and data management tools.
- Ability to commute to our Gurgaon office daily, Monday to Saturday.
Experience
Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in data entry, back office operations, or image annotation is preferred but not required.
