Assistant Accounts Manager

Company Description

We are a growing financial consulting firm based in Gurgaon, helping businesses manage their accounting, compliance and business advisory needs. We work with a focused portfolio of clients where every engagement is high-involvement and ownership-driven.

What You'll Do

• Handle end-to-end bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll processing for client portfolios
• Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and income tax return filing
• Prepare monthly financial reports and periodic MIS for clients
• Manage financial records - journal entries, general ledgers, financial statements
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Maintain and enhance client relationships; handle query resolution and meeting coordination
• Enforce financial policy compliance for expenses and reimbursements
• Collate and organize documents using cloud-based tools

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience considered)
• B.Com / B.Com (Hons) | CA / CMA dropouts welcome
• Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, Computax or similar ERPs
• Sound understanding of Indian taxation - GST, TDS, income tax
• Strong on MS Office and related tools
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, good communicator
