Gharana Thali Co. is a premium Indian kitchen brand offering daily-changing menus, thalis, paratha combos, rice bowls, biryanis, and Chinese meals through takeaway, online delivery, and bulk corporate catering.


We are expanding our footprint in the corporate meal supply segment and looking for strong Area Sales Managers to lead corporate acquisitions.


Role Overview


The Area Sales Manager – Corporate Sales will be responsible for driving corporate tie-ups across Gurgaon, acquiring large accounts, building strong B2B relationships, and ensuring month-on-month revenue growth for the corporate meal supply vertical.

This role requires a confident communicator with strong sales leadership capability.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the corporate acquisition strategy in Gurgaon.
  • Identify, pitch, and convert corporate offices, co-working spaces, SMEs, and large enterprises for monthly meal plans.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings, food tastings, and presentations.
  • Build proposals for corporate thali plans, combo subscriptions, Chinese meals, and bulk orders.
  • Handle complete B2B sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure → onboarding.
  • Monitor client feedback, coordinate with kitchen/ops for smooth delivery.
  • Track sales performance, maintain CRM, and submit weekly MIS reports.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and ensure long-term client retention.
  • Mentor junior sales staff if required.


Required Skills & Experience


  • Graduate in any stream.
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (hospitality/food/corporate services preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building ability.
  • Confidence to independently handle corporate decision-makers.
  • Must be able to work in the Gurgaon region with strong knowledge of local corporate hubs.
