Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students via calls, video meetings, chat, email, and WhatsApp
- Understand learner needs, career aspirations, and educational background
- Explain course offerings, curriculum, certifications, career outcomes, fees, and financing options
- Convert leads into enrollments through consultative counseling
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS systems
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams
- Handle objections related to fees, course duration, placements, online learning credibility, etc.
- Support learners through the admission and onboarding journey
