Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, SAP, or QuickBooks).  

Accounts Payable & Receivable: * Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment.  

Track outstanding customer invoices and follow up for timely collection.  

Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash flow records.  

Taxation & Compliance: * Assist in the preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns.  

Ensure all financial activities comply with local and national regulations.  

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow forecasts.  

Voucher Management: Maintain physical and digital files for all payment vouchers, expense receipts, and journals.

Auditing Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations for transactions.
