Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records.

Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Generate GST invoices and e-invoices.

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.

Process vendor payments and maintain vendor ledgers.

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

Prepare monthly MIS reports.

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Assist in payroll processing.

Coordinate with CA and auditors during audits and return filings.

Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and contracts.

Monitor company cash flow and report daily balances to management.

Support budgeting and financial planning.
