Accounts Executive (Tally & GST)

SSG Automotive Components Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of precision automotive fasteners and cold-forged components supplying OEMs and Tier-1 automotive customers. We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, documentation, GST-related activities, payroll support, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry and accounting entries in Tally Prime

• Recording purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, debit note, and credit note entries

• Maintaining books of accounts and supporting accounting records

• Vendor bill entry, verification, and document management

• Customer invoice recording and tracking

• Bank entry posting and bank reconciliation support

• Assisting in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation

• Maintaining purchase, sales, and accounting records

• Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation

• Follow-up for outstanding payments and documentation

• Attendance record verification and payroll support

• Maintaining employee reimbursement and payroll-related records

• Assisting with inventory records and stock reconciliation

• Coordination with stores, production, dispatch, and purchase departments for accounting documentation

• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel

• Maintaining accounting files, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents

• Assisting Chartered Accountants, auditors, and consultants during audits and compliance activities

• Performing general accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Com, M.Com, or Accounting & Finance Graduate

• 3–5 years of accounting experience

• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, fastener, machining, forging, or industrial companies preferred

• Familiarity with inventory accounting, vendor payments, and accounting documentation will be an advantage
