Core Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Proactively approach store shoppers to pitch store-branded or co-branded credit cards. [1, 2]
• Benefits Explanation: Educate customers on card features, such as introductory discounts, reward programs, interest-free periods, and exclusive financing options. [1, 2]
• Application Processing: Assist customers with filling out physical or digital application forms and securely collect/verify required KYC (Know Your Customer) and income documents. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team-based daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas. [1, 2]
• Cross-Selling: Suggest bundled financial products or reward upgrades based on the customer’s purchase history and financial needs. [1, 2, 3]
• Customer Service: Address consumer queries, resolve application rejections, and provide after-sales assistance regarding card usage and account management.
