About MDM Herbals MDM Herbals is a fast-growing herbal personal care company specializing in herbal soap manufacturing. With rising demand for natural and herbal products, the company is rapidly expanding its distribution and market presence across Andhra Pradesh.

We are looking for a result-driven sales leader who can build strong distribution networks, lead large field teams, and scale sales operations in the region.

Role Overview The General Manager – Sales & Marketing will lead the complete regional sales operation including General Trade and Modern Trade channels, distributor development, and large field team management.

This role requires someone who can drive aggressive sales growth, build strong teams, and bring structured systems to sales operations.

  • Key Responsibilities Lead and manage regional sales operations across Andhra Pradesh.
  • Handle General Trade and Modern Trade sales channels.
  • Build, lead, and manage a large sales team of 80–100 field executives and supervisors.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales and market expansion strategies.
  • Build and strengthen distributor and retailer networks across the region.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Implement structured reporting systems using Excel and CRM for tracking sales performance, market coverage, and team productivity.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market opportunities.
  • Train and mentor sales teams to build a high-performance sales culture.
  • What We Are Looking For Minimum 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in leading large field sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of General Trade and Modern Trade distribution systems.
  • Ability to build teams, set targets, and drive performance.
  • Strong expertise in Excel reporting and CRM systems for sales tracking and team management.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in personal care, herbal, or soap industry is a strong advantage.
