Collection/Recovery Manager

Follow up with customers for pending EMI and overdue payments.

Conduct field visits for recovery and collection activities.

Negotiate repayment plans with customers as per company policy.

Maintain records of recovery activities and customer interactions.

Coordinate with branch and operations teams regarding overdue accounts.

Ensure achievement of monthly recovery targets.

Handle customer grievances related to loan repayment.

Submit daily recovery and collection reports to management.

Ensure compliance with company recovery procedures and policies.
