Business Development Manager – Solar (C&I & Rooftop)

Odysseus Logos LLP, a solar EPC company with 125+ MW executed, is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our commercial & industrial rooftop solar business (100 kW–1 MW) across the Guntur region. You'll identify and close solar projects with cold storages, rice mills, warehouses and agri-processing units — meeting owners, reading their electricity bills, presenting savings and payback, and taking deals from first meeting to signed order. We also offer in-house financing, so you can pitch low- or zero-capex solar, which is a strong edge over competitors.

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of B2B field sales (solar, industrial, electrical or agri-equipment a plus), comfortable talking numbers — savings, payback, ROI — with business owners, with a strong local network in the Guntur/Vijayawada belt, fluent in Telugu, and with their own two-wheeler or car. This is a field role offering a fixed salary plus strong uncapped incentives on every project commissioned — top performers earn ₹1 lakh+ per month.
