BPO Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to recruit Advisors and Business Associates through outbound calls. The candidate will contact prospective candidates, explain business opportunities, schedule interviews and maintain follow-up records. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.
• Explain advisor and business associate opportunities.
• Generate leads and schedule interviews/meetings.
• Follow up with interested candidates.
• Maintain call records and recruitment data.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
