Job Description

  • Qualifications: Qualified - CA Inter/IPCC/PCC/CWA Inter/CMA Inter. Experience: 0-1 Year of experience in an accounting role is desirable. > Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks). *Experience in Zoho Books is preferred*. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • 1. Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • 2. Process accounts payable invoices, verify coding, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • 3. Assist in accounts receivable functions including invoicing, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
  • 4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • 5. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • 6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required
  • 7. Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and assistance.
  • 8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related queries and discrepancies.
  • 9.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting procedures and enhance efficiency. Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM Location: Guntur
