Hiring for Shift Incharge – Electrical Maintenance
📍 Location: Thervoy Kandigai, Tamil Nadu
💼 Experience: 8+ Years
🏭 Industry: Iron Foundry – Electrical Maintenance
🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma
💰 Current CTC: ₹4 – 6.5 LPA
💵 Offered CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (25% hike on current CTC)
🔧 Key Requirements:• 8+ years of experience in Iron Foundry Industry
• Strong experience in Electrical Maintenance in Foundry
• Knowledge of troubleshooting:
- Shot Blasting
- Sand Plant
- Furnace Maintenance
- Cooling Pumps & Cooling Tower
- 33 KV Substation
- Compressors & DG
- • Knowledge of MTTR / MTBF
- • Understanding of electricity peak-hour unit costs
- • Candidate should be willing to commute/relocate to Thervoy Kandigai
👤 Ideal Candidate:Candidates currently or previously working in Foundry / Casting / Automotive Manufacturing companies with relevant electrical maintenance experience are preferred.
