Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.

* Maintain proper inventory and stock records of raw materials and finished goods.

* Handle inward and outward entries of materials.

* Receive, inspect, and verify materials supplied by vendors.

* Maintain stock of steel, iron, wood, glass, railing materials, fittings, tools, and other accessories.

* Issue materials to the production and installation teams as per requirements.

* Maintain stock registers, purchase records, and material issue records.

* Coordinate with purchase, production, and site teams for material requirements.

* Monitor stock levels and prepare reports for low-stock items.

* Ensure proper storage, arrangement, and safety of materials.

* Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.

* Maintain proper documentation of bills, challans, invoices, and delivery records.

Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.

* Knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

* Good record-keeping and organizational skills.

* Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

* Responsible and detail-oriented.
