Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Multi-Format Editing: Editing both photographs (retouching, color grading, resizing) and videos (cutting, adding audio, formatting for Reels/Shorts).
- Asset Creation & Curation: Shooting basic photo and video content, or taking stock imagery and raw footage to create polished posts, banners, and website images.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring that every visual—whether it is a product photo on the website, an Instagram story, or an ad graphic—looks like it belongs to the same brand and matches the desired aesthetic.
- Platform Formatting: Optimizing visual dimensions and file sizes specifically for where they will live (e.g., compressing images so a website loads fast, or designing vertical graphics for social media).
The Tools They UseBecause they work across different mediums, their toolkit is broader:
- Photo & Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or InShot.
- AI Integration: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or other AI tools to generate or extend visual assets quickly.
