Job Description
- Make outbound calls to manufacturing units, factories, workshops, and industrial clients
- Introduce and explain CNC machines, specifications, applications, and benefits
- Understand customer requirements related to machining, production capacity, and industry use
- Generate and qualify leads for CNC machines and related accessories
- Schedule meetings, demos, or plant visits for the field sales / technical team
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers for quotations and negotiations
- Maintain accurate call records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or sales tracker
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales support targets
- Coordinate with technical, service, and sales teams for smooth closure
