STP/ETP Operator Cum Supervisor

Job Title: STP Operator / Site Supervisor

Location: Greater Noida

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the company’s Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs).
• Monitor pumps, blowers, filters, dosing systems and electrical panels.
• Maintain daily operational records and equipment checklists.
• Identify operational problems and coordinate timely repairs.
• Visit and inspect other STPs installed by the company.
• Supervise operators working at different STP sites.
• Ensure proper plant operation and treated-water quality.
• Visit new customer sites and collect technical information.
• Assist the sales team with site assessment and technical discussions.
• Support installation, commissioning and maintenance activities when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in operating and maintaining STP plants.
• Basic knowledge of MBBR/STP processes, pumps, blowers and filtration systems.
• Ability to supervise operators and independently manage multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel within Noida, Greater Noida and nearby locations.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Responsible, punctual and comfortable communicating with customers.
