Store Executive

Job Title:Store Keeper / Store Incharge

Job Summary:A Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring proper storage of goods in a warehouse or store.

• Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials/items.
• Maintain stock records and inventory management systems.
• Issue materials/products as per company procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder reports.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Required Skills:Inventory management knowledge
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/software)
• Record keeping and documentation
• Attention to detail
• Communication and teamwork
• Organizational skills
• Qualification:High school diploma or graduate (depending on company requirements)
• Experience in warehouse/store management preferred
• Knowledge of inventory software is an advantage
• Experience:Fresher or 1–3 years experience in stores/warehouse operations
