Senior Sales Executive

About Us
DOSTAN MACHINES is a rapidly growing manufacturer of Ice Cream & Dairy Processing Machinery, providing turnkey plant solutions across India and international markets. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive who can contribute to our growth by converting opportunities into successful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and references.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up regularly for order conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Assist customers throughout the sales cycle—from inquiry to order confirmation.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams regarding order status.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Export & International Sales
Handle export inquiries and international customer communications.
Follow up on export quotations and payment terms.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding export documentation and dispatch.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP.
Update inquiry status and sales pipeline regularly.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in machinery, industrial products, dairy, or food processing equipment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
Experience in international sales will be an added advantage.
