SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – FMCG / FOOD MANUFACTURING

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Industry: Food Manufacturing & Processing (FMCG)

Location: Delhi NCR Region

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in FMCG Industry

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales growth, market expansion, distributor development, and brand promotion for our Food Manufacturing & Processing Unit. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in FMCG sales, channel management, and business development with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Expand distribution network by appointing distributors, dealers, and wholesalers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and increase product penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Marketing & Brand DevelopmentPlan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and customer acquisition.
  • Channel & Team ManagementManage distributor and dealer networks effectively.
  • Monitor sales team performance and provide guidance for target achievement.
  • Ensure proper market coverage and retail expansion.
  • Reporting & Market AnalysisPrepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
  • Track market developments and provide recommendations to management.
  • Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with production teams for demand planning.
  • Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience in Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, Snacks, Spices, Namkeen, Bakery, Dairy, or Packaged Food products will be preferred.
  • Preferred SkillsStrong distributor and channel sales management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and retail distribution.
  • Ability to develop new markets and increase product reach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.

SalarySalary will be negotiable and based on experience, industry exposure, and performance.
