About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales growth for our company. You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — using platforms like IndiaMART, tenders, referrals, and any other channel that brings in business. This role is critical to our growth and offers real ownership over revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through IndiaMART, tenders, cold outreach, referrals, and other channels
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up consistently until closure
• Prepare and share professional quotations as per client requirements
• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved limits
• Maintain an accurate, updated tracker of all leads, quotations, and order status
• Coordinate with internal teams (production/operations) to confirm order feasibility, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
• Identify new markets, platforms, and opportunities to grow sales

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client handling preferred
• Good command of spoken and written Hindi & English
• Comfortable working with Excel and basic CRM tools
• Strong follow-up discipline, negotiation skills, and target orientation
• Self-motivated and comfortable working from office
