Sales Manager

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, and converting enquiries into qualified leads and site visits. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular follow-ups and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
• Handle incoming enquiries and understand customers’ property requirements, budget, preferred location, and other preferences.
• Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, payment plans, offers, and key project features to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.
• Follow up with potential customers regularly through calls and other approved communication channels.
• Convince and motivate prospective customers to schedule property/site visits.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for scheduled site visits and qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or company records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, site-visit, and sales-support targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Stay updated about the company's projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and market developments.
• Follow company sales processes, communication standards, and compliance requirements.
