Sales Manager – Liquor & Beverages Industry

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the liquor and beverages industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing distributor networks, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and leading sales operations across assigned territories.


Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.



Manage distributors, retailers, hotels, bars, restaurants, and key accounts.



Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within assigned regions.



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.



Conduct promotional activities and coordinate brand visibility programs.



Ensure product availability and effective stock management in the market.



Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.



Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analysis.



Ensure compliance with company policies and local liquor regulations.
