Job Title: Post Sales ManagerCompany: Vidastu Developers Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Greater Noida (Yamuna Expressway)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 Years (Real Estate Preferred)

About the RoleVidastu Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Post Sales Manager to manage the complete post-sales process for residential plots and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong documentation knowledge, and the ability to ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to possession.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all post-sales activities for customers.
  • Coordinate plot registration and documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding payment schedules, registration, and project updates.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounts, CRM, and sales teams.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare and verify customer documentation.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
  • Follow up on pending documents and payments.
  • Assist customers during registration and authority-related procedures.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of real estate documentation and registration processes.
  • Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Post Sales, CRM, or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Experience in Real Estate is preferred.
