Hiring: Sales Executive

 

Location: Greater Noida West, Near NX ONE

 

Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage at our tyre showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers and understand their driving habits, vehicle specifications, and budget to recommend the right set of tyres.
  • Product Expertise: Clearly explain tyre specifications, thread life, rubber compounds, fuel-efficiency ratings, and warranty policies to build customer trust.
  • Cross-Selling Services: Promote essential tyre-related services such as wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tyre rotation, and nitrogen filling.
  • Order Tracking: Coordinate with the service bay/technicians to ensure fast installation times and smooth vehicle handovers.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct post-purchase follow-up calls or send reminders for free check-ups, balancing services, or scheduled replacements.
  • ​Claim Handling: Process tyre warranty claims and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
