Beyond Threads - The Little India is a premium fashion boutique celebrating beautiful, handcrafted women's apparel. Located at RISE Shoplex in Noida Extension, we are looking for a smart, sharp, and self-motivated Female Retail Sales Executive who can confidently manage our store floor, assist elite customers, and handle store operations independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Active Customer Sales: Welcome walk-in clients enthusiastically. You must actively strike up conversations, understand their styling tastes, and pitch the right apparel. (No passive waiting—you must drive the sales).
• Smart Fashion Consultation: Guide customers smoothly by understanding colors, fabrics, combinations (e.g., matching Peach, Pink, Pastel shades), and traditional Indian craftsmanship.
• Computer Billing & Accounts: Independently handle the billing counter, read product tags, scan items, and generate accurate bills using our software.
• Proactive Store Management: Take full ownership of the store floor. You must keep displays neat, restock racks without being told, and ensure the boutique looks premium at all times.

Candidate Requirements (Strict Criteria)

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Location: Must reside in or right next to Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) for a quick daily commute.
• Education & Literacy: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. Must have strong reading and writing skills in both Hindi and basic English to manage billing and stock tags smoothly.
• Personality & Brainpower: We are looking for a mature, sharp, and alert individual who takes initiative, thinks on her feet, and doesn't need constant supervision.
• Communication Skills: Must be highly expressive, polite, and confident when talking to walk-in premium customers.
• Experience: Prior experience in an apparel boutique, fashion retail, or lifestyle store is highly preferred.
