Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents, providing coaching and performance reviews.
  • Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement sales plans, set achievable targets, and create strategies to meet them.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to inform pricing and strategy.
  • Client & Deal Management: Oversee complex negotiations, build client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare sales reports, forecast results, and ensure all activities comply with regulations.
