Production Supervisor

Production Planning & Execution: Coordinate daily and weekly shift schedules based on sales forecasts to ensure timely manufacturing of inks, coatings, and paint batches.

Quality Control (QC) & Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with color matching, viscosity, gloss, and dispersion standards before product batches are packaged.

Inventory & Material Management: Oversee the usage of raw materials (resins, pigments, solvents) and packaging components, minimizing waste and preventing shortages.

Equipment Maintenance & Operation: Supervise the safe operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance of mixing tanks, dispersing mills, and filling machines to reduce downtime.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of flammable/hazardous chemicals, proper ventilation, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate production operators. Assign daily tasks and conduct regular performance assessments.
