Position OverviewHeda Homes Private Limited is looking for a Female Loan Sales Executive / Relationship Executive with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the loan or financial-services industry.

The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, generating and converting loan leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating documentation and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications until disbursement.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of loan products and practical experience in loan sales and customer relationship management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads for various loan products.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain suitable loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation and process.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding loan applications.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly.
• Collect, check and coordinate required documents from customers.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit and processing teams.
• Track loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement.
• Maintain proper records of leads, applications, follow-ups and conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.
• Follow company policies and maintain proper documentation throughout the process.

Required ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in the loan / financial-services industry is mandatory.

Experience in any of the following loan segments will be preferred:

Personal Loan | Business Loan | LAP | Home Loan | Mortgage Loan | SME/MSME Loan | Retail Loan | NBFC | Banking | DSA

Candidates with practical experience in loan sales, lead conversion, customer handling and loan processing will be preferred.

• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability

• Good negotiation and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM

• Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Eligibility CriteriaFemale candidate only
• Minimum 1 year relevant loan-industry experience
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Prior experience in loan sales / financial services preferred
• Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups
• Candidate should be confident and professionally presentable
