IT Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over calls, understanding their business requirements, and explaining our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Understand customer requirements and business needs.
• Explain and demonstrate our software products and features.
• Generate interest and qualify potential customers.
• Follow up with interested leads and schedule product demos/meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain lead and customer details in CRM.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with calling and talking to customers.
• Basic understanding of software/IT products.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven.
• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills.
• Previous experience in IT Sales / Telecalling / B2B Sales will be an advantage.
