HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition ExecutiveArunas Manpower & Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Security, Manpower, Housekeeping, Office Staff and other client requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, social media and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Complete document verification and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
• Fulfil client manpower requirements within the given timeline.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment quality.
• Eligibility:Graduate (MBA/HR preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email and Internet.
• Experience in Recruitment/Staffing will be preferred.
• Salary & Benefits:₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
