- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and Sales profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, selection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and ensure timely closures.
- Achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Requirements 06–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably BFSI/Sales hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
