HR Intern

Job Summary: The HR Intern supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks while gaining practical experience in various HR functions. This internship provides exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.

Support the onboarding process for new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in preparing employment letters, contracts, and HR documents.

Coordinate employee training and development activities.

Help organize employee engagement events and wellness programs.

Track employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.

Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance activities.
