Job Description

We are looking for a Bakery Helper / Housekeeping & Delivery Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our bakery.

The primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping of the bakery, kitchen and surrounding areas.

During free time, the candidate will also assist with staff meals and local order deliveries.

• Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery, kitchen, washing area and common areas.
• Wash and clean utensils, trays, equipment and other bakery items as required.
• Regularly clean floors, counters, tables, shelves and other work areas.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain overall cleanliness of the facility.
• Assist in basic preparation of staff lunch/tea/food when required.
• Help the bakery team with basic non-technical tasks during free time.
• Deliver customer orders locally using a bike/two-wheeler.
• Handle delivered products carefully and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Follow bakery hygiene, safety and operational guidelines.
• Support the team in other day-to-day bakery activities whenever required.
• Candidate RequirementsMust be hardworking, punctual and responsible.
• Should be comfortable with cleaning and washing duties.
• Basic cooking skills will be an advantage.
• Must have a valid driving licence and be comfortable riding a two-wheeler.
• Should know the local Greater Noida area or be comfortable using Google Maps.
• Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, café or food business is preferred but freshers can also apply.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn are more important than formal qualifications.

Ideal CandidateSomeone who is reliable, physically active, hygiene-conscious and willing to take responsibility for different operational tasks in a bakery.

This is a hands-on role involving housekeeping, washing/cleaning, staff meal assistance and local deliveries.
