Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing digital campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and improving online presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Manage lead generation through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure quality lead conversion.
• Track and analyze website traffic, leads, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Create and manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to increase project visibility and sales.
• Manage online reputation and customer engagement.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Experience with lead generation and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.

Salary

• As per company standards and candidate experience.
