Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop hardware.
• Support and maintenance of Windows Operating Systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Email Clients (Outlook, Exchange, Office 365).
• Manage and troubleshoot Anti-virus / Endpoint Security solutions.
• Handle Windows patches and WSUS updates.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, and basic networking issues.
• Configure and manage IP Addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
• User management in Active Directory (AD) including password reset, user creation, group policy basics, and access management.
• Support Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, MS Office Suite.
• Troubleshoot and configure Printers, Scanners, and network printers.
• Support Video Conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.).
• Perform Backup and Restore activities for user data.
• Manage Mobile devices and associated software/applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
