Job Description
We are hiring Delivery Partners / Delivery Boys / Delivery Associate for last-mile delivery operations across multiple locations in India. Candidates can choose opportunities based on their preferred area.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick up orders from the assigned store/hub.
* Deliver orders safely and on time to customers.
* Follow the assigned delivery route and app instructions.
* Maintain professional behaviour with customers and store staff.
* Handle orders carefully and complete deliveries as per company guidelines.
* Maintain required documents and delivery equipment.
Eligibility
* 18+ years of age.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Smartphone with Android only capability.
* Valid Driving Licence and vehicle, wherever applicable.
* Two-wheeler preferred/required for applicable delivery roles.
* Good knowledge of the local area is an advantage.
Earning Structure
* Fixed Salary + Incentives — depending on the role and location.
* Per-Order Earning — applicable for selected areas/roles.
* Earnings may vary based on delivery area, number of orders, working hours, and applicable incentives.
