Looking for an experienced Pure Vegetarian Cook / Chef specializing in Sattvic meals for our mud house airbnb. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing traditional, healthy, onion-and-garlic-free Sattvic cuisine using fresh ingredients, while maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh, balanced Sattvic meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) strictly without onion, garlic, or processed additives.

Focus on wholesome, nutrient-rich dishes using fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, lentils, nuts, and pure dairy.

Maintain complete purity, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen area.

Manage fresh ingredient sourcing, proper storage, and daily kitchen stock.

Customize menus based on seasonal ingredients and organic farm produce.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in Sattvic, Ayurvedic, or pure vegetarian cooking (at ashrams, retreats, guest houses, or households).

Cuisine Specialization: Deep understanding of traditional Sattvic culinary practices and North Indian / regional home-style cooking.

Key Traits: Clean habits, punctual, respectful of food purity, and well-organized.

Languages: English, Hindi or local language.
