Chinese Chef

Restaurant: The Chini Chef, Greater Noida

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Chinese Chef to manage food preparation, maintain taste and quality, and handle daily kitchen and Chinese cart operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Chinese dishes such as momos, noodles, spring rolls, fries, and other menu items.
• Manage daily Chinese cart operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and SOPs for consistent taste and quality.
• Handle food preparation, ingredient planning, and raw material requirements.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and timely preparation during peak hours.
• Coordinate with the manager for stock updates and daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chinese Chef.
• Good knowledge of Chinese recipes and cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
• Strong focus on hygiene, consistency, and food quality.
