Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role:

We are a growing machine manufacturing company looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE). You will be responsible for generating B2B leads, meeting prospective industrial clients, demonstrating machinery solutions, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and reach out to target industrial clients, manufacturing plants, and dealers (via cold calling, site visits, and digital outreach).
•  Understand client technical requirements and present suitable machinery solutions and product catalogs.
•  Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.
•  Prepare commercial quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
•  Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for recurring orders, AMC, and parts supply.
•  Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
•  Track daily sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM / Excel sheets.
